Yes way, rosé!
Starting today, Legume is celebrating Rosé Week with some stellar rosés to help usher in the new season. From now through May 6, you’ll be able to enjoy three limited-release rosés, paired with some early spring dishes.
This is the second year for Legume’s Rosé Week, and this year’s pairings include:
- Grilled Squid Salad, with ataulfo mango, radish, arugula and miso vinaigrette, paired with Ameztoi Rubentis, a slightly effervescent wine from the Basque region of Spain, made with the native grapes Hondarribi Beltza and Hondarribi Zuri.
- Wild King Salmon with asparagus and chervil hollandaise, paired with Château la Rame’s Cabernet-based rosé from Bordeaux.
- Jerked Goat Shoulder with mushroom-einkorn pilaf, sunchoke puree, and walking onions, paired with a rosé from Château Valcombe in southern France that’s made with Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Clairette grown on 40-year-old vines.
Reservations can be made online.
