The team from Meat & Potatoes, Butcher and the Rye and täkō are putting on an outdoor family-style picnic the first week of June – and yes, beer is included.
Pints & Pairings with Dogfish Head Beer is happening on Sunday, June 7 on the Meat & Potatoes patio (649 Penn Ave.). Guests will enjoy a welcome beer from Sam’s Secret Stash (a personal favorite of Dogfish Head’s Sam Calagione), and a five-course dinner, with Dogfish Head pairings.

Crudo: Scallop / Tomatoes / Watermelon / Lemon / Jalapeno, paired with Namaste
Bo Ssam: Pork Shoulder / Oysters / Red Dragon Sauce / Scallion Ginger Sauce / Kimchi / Pickles / Cilantro / Bibb Lettuce, paired with Festina Pêche
Clam Bake: Lobster / Shrimp / Housemade Sausage / Potatoes / Corn on the Cob, paired with American Beauty
Smoked Brisket: Caroline BBQ / Coffee BBQ / Chipotle BBQ / Potato Rolls / Ranch Slaw / Dill Pickles / Bread & Butter Pickles, paired with Raison d’Extra
Rhubarb Pie with Lemon Crust and Strawberry Sorbet, paired with Dogfish 120 Minute IPA
