Last month, Spork launched its new “Sporkmade” series with “Sporkmade: Pasta.” These educational (and delicious) meals showcase a specific culinary component, with which Spork posses an expertise. The events take guests through diverse menu that highlights different aspects of this component.

For the June edition of Sporkmade, the Garfield restaurant will focus on cocktails.

Spork General Manager, Sean Enright, author of Pittsburgh Drinks, will lead guests through the event, which will showcase the renowned craft cocktail program of Spork. Drinks will be paired with the housemade dishes that have come to define Spork.

The menu for the event includes:

  • Reception: Aperol Spritz – Aperol, orange, prosecco, paired with a Charcuterie Board
  • First Course: Negroni –  Campari, vermouth, gin, paired with Smoked Trout Crostini
  • Second Course: Daiquiri – rum, lime, sugar, paired with Ceviche
  • Third Course: Old Fashioned – whiskey, bitters, sugar, water, paired with a Jamison Farms Lamb Chops
  • Dessert: Cookie Table

Tickets are $50 per person, not including tax and gratuity, and can be purchased online.
