Wing lovers of the world, this one is for you: The King of the Wing Festival is coming back!

On Sunday, June 25, the third annual King of the Wing Festival is happening at Penn Brewery. The all-you-can-eat event will take place at the brewery’s outdoor space, and will feature wings from 20 local restaurants, like Pig Iron Public House, Pints on Penn and Rouge BBQ.

Tickets are on sale now, and include as many chicken wings as you can eat, along with live music and entertainment. Penn Brewery drafts will be available for purchase.

Restaurants from Millvale to Morningside will be participating, including:

  • Harris Grill
  • Fireside Public House
  • Wexford Ale House
  • Rogue BBQ
  • Caliente Pizza Draft House
  • Big Shot Bobs
  • Stack’d Burgers & Beer
  • Birmingham Bridge Tavern
  • Firehouse Lounge
  • The Bulldog
  • Pints on Penn
  • Nox’s Tavern & Grill
  • Pig Iron Public House
  • Archie’s
  • Sunny Jim’s Tavern
  • Breakneck Tavern
  • Quik-It Chicken
  • Sidelines Bar & Grill
  • Mario’s East Side Saloon

Attendees will get to vote on the best wings for a people’s choice award, while a panel of judges rate the wings in four categories: Traditional, Dry Rub, BBQ and Exotic. Each wing will be judged for taste, appearance and aroma, with the overall highest-scoring wing awarded The King of the Wing.

Tickets are $29 for General Admission from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and VIP tickets are available for $35, which includes access to the event one hour earlier. Children under 10 are free. To purchase tickets, and for more information, visit the event page.
