
Eighty Acres Kitchen + Bar, chef Don Winkie’s farm-to-table outpost in Plum, is offering a special four-course menu this week, with a focus on new spring dishes.
The menu includes wine pairings, and is $44 per person.
On the menu:
First course: House-cured salmon, potato dill blini, lemon crème fraiche and salmon caviar, paired with Wente Estate Grown Riesling 2013
Second course: Pancetta-wrapped Duroc pork tenderloin, crispy shallots, heirloom fingerling potatoes and asparagus, paired with Double Decker Red Blend 2012
Third course: Pan-roasted duck breast, caramelized fennel, dried cherries, shitake mushrooms and ginger bread pancakes, paired with Kenwood Yulupa Zinfandel 2011
