Pittsburgh-favorite Hello Bistro is opening its sixth and seventh restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh area. The restaurant chain, which began in 2012 in Oakland as part of the Eat n’ Park Hospitality Group, and has quickly become a food staple in the city.
In addition to their original Oakland location, they are Hello Bistros locations in the Southside, Downtown, McCandless, and Wexford. The newest member of the Hello Bistro family will be at located at the Siena at St. Clair, and will open on Wednesday, August 9.
Also in the works is a Mt. Lebanon location, which is currently under construction on Cochran Road.
The fast-casual restaurant is known for their “ginormous” salad bar (with 55 fresh choices), huge burgers, fresh-cut fries and creamy milkshakes.
Some popular menu items include the “A Tandoori Salad Story,” with kale, spinach, tandoori chicken, avocado, quinoa, roasted beets, sunflower seeds, and a citrus lime vinaigrette, and the “Original E’nP Superburger,” a double decker burger with american cheese, pickles, lettuce, and sauce supreme.
With this news, Hello Bistro also announced that they have set to work on expanding to the Cleveland market, with a location at La Place, in Beachwood, Ohio.
