Bocktown Beer and Grill is going to the pigs.

Pig ‘n Pint, their yearly celebration of all things pork and beer, is happening now through Friday, July 3.

Available at both their Robinson and Monanca locations, they’ll be offering a local pork-themed menu, paired with a house-made side and a pint of craft beer for a special price.

This year, they’re featuring pork products from three local purveyors: Ricci’s Sausage Company, Fellowship Farms, and Parma Sausage Company.

Here’s a deep dive into what’s on the menu:

  • Hot Kielbasa Dogs: Locally-smoked kielbasa from Ricci’s, dipped in jalapeno cornbread batter with house-made chipotle ketchup and hot honey mustard
  • Pigs-Burgh Poutine: Fresh cut, double-dunked fries, tossed with white cheddar cheese curds, fresh herbs, brown gravy, and peppered bacon
  • Parma Melon Salad: Local Parma prosciutto, cantaloupe, honeydew, arugula, red onion and parmesan tossed in balsamic honey vinaigrette
  • Bouquet of Bacon Roses: Peppered bacon, served as rosettes with garlic cream cheese and scallion stems
  • The Three Little Pigs: Local pork slider trio served banh mi style with cilantro mayonnaise
  • Bocking Tacos: Hand-pulled seasoned pork, watermelon salsa, feta, pickled red onions and sour cream
  • Arancini a la Ricci: Homemade risotto ball stuffed with hot sausage and buffalo mozzarella over marinara

Sides: Bacon & Cheddar Ale Soup, Hot Sausage Kale Soup, Coleslaw, Jalapeno Pickled Eggs, Notorious P.I.G. Brownies
