
By now you’ve heard the news that Southern Tier Brewing Company’s first satellite brew pub has opened on the North Shore.
To mark the opening, Southern Tier is participating in some special events around town.
On Monday, January 30, Pork & Beans is hosting Southern Tier for a five-course beer dinner at the downtown restaurant. The menu will feature dishes like Oyster Stew, Stuffed Collard Greens and Smoked Beef Cheeks, all paired with a different Southern Tier brew.
Tickets are $85 per person, and can be purchased online.
Then on Friday, February 17, Southern Tier and Wigle Whiskey are teaming up for a ‘Spicy Soiree’ at Wigle’s Distillery to kick off their Ginger Whiskey Weekend, celebrating the launch of Wigle’s Afterglow Ginger Whiskey.
Tickets to the event will be $25, and include a Ginger Whiskey cocktails, Imperial Ginger Beer from Southern Tier, food from Baby Loves Tacos, and live music. More information and tickets are available the event page.
