The City of Pittsburgh has announced the opening dates for all of the city-run farmers markets this year.
This year’s markets will take place in Squirrel Hill, East Liberty, Carrick, and on the North Side. The city’s Downtown Farmers Market on Fridays has been postponed until further notice.
All City of Pittsburgh Farmers Markets sell fresh produce, meats, cheese, and baked goods, and some locations also sell flowers, and gardening items. This year, social distancing and safe purchasing restrictions will be in place.
City of Pittsburgh Farmers Markets also all accept food stamps (SNAP), credit and debit cars as part of Just Harvest’s Fresh Access program. For every $5 spent in food stamps, customers will receive an extra $2 to spend on produce.

Sundays, June 7 – November 22
Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Beacon/Bartlett parking lot
City of Pittsburgh East Liberty
Mondays, June 15 – November 23
Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: N. Euclid Ave. & Broad St. (Garland Parklet lot next to firehouse)
City of Pittsburgh Carrick Dairy District
Wednesday, June 3– November 25
Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Carrick Dairy District, 1529 Brownsville Road
City of Pittsburgh North Side
Every Friday, June 12 – October 30
Hours: 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Location: Allegheny Commons Park, East Ohio St. & Cedar Ave.
