New House-Made Condiments at Grit & Grace

August 25, 2014 by Emily Catalano Leave a Comment

Who needs salt and pepper when you’ve got house-made condiments to bring the heat… and the sweet, and the salt? We’re loving the new house-made accompaniments at Grit & Grace, which they rolled out earlier this week.

What’s on the table?

Sambal: Fresno pepper, red bell peppers, garlic cloves, onions, white vinegar and salt come together for an addition of heat.

Onion Jam: Caramelized onions, red wine, red wine vinegar, thyme and honey make this a sweet treat to spoon your dim sum.

Black Vinegar: Rice vinegar and soy water give a salty kick to whatever you splash it with.

They’re available table-side every night at Grit & Grace.
