Love Pittsburgh? So do we! That’s why we’re so excited for Notion Restaurant’s ‘A Taste of Pittsburgh’ menu, featured next week.
Notion’s chef Dave Racicot is combining modern cooking techniques with iconic Pittsburgh dishes, like cabbage rolls, pierogies, and Klondike bars, and will be putting his own spin on them.
The special menu will be available from Wednesday, September 17 through Saturday, September 20. Reservations are required, and can be made by calling the restaurant at 412-361-1188.
Notion is also hosting two cooking classes this month:
On Tuesday, September 9, they’ll be featuring a Soups & Sauces cooking class, and on Tuesday, September 23, chef Racicot will be teaching a Cooking Sous Vide class.
Seats at each class are $125 each, and include a four-course dinner featuring foods prepared in class, with wine pairings.
