Every month or so, Meat & Potatoes hosts a special dinner, featuring beer pairings from a different brewery. With only 20 seats, those dinners typically sell out quickly – but, there are still a few seats left for their March event.

On Wednesday, March 11, Meat & Potatoes will host a five-course Anderson Valley Brewing Company beer dinner. The menu is designed by Meat & Potatoes Chef de Cuisine James Ciminilo, and will feature a special dessert course from M&P pastry chef Vanessa Gangewere.

Tickets are $95 per person, and can be purchased on their event page. And, just a reminder (as if you need one), these dinners usually sell out quickly, so if you want to go, you should make a reservation now.

On the menu:

  • First course: Tuna Ceviche – avocado oil, plantains, cilantro, aji rojo/ paired with Blood Orange Gose
  • Second Course: Korean Short Ribs – red dragon sauce, scallions, kim chi, pickles, soy/ paired with Spring Hornin’ Spring IPA
  • Third Course: Chicken Thigh – gaujilo, tomato, red beans, cilantro, radish/ paired with Hop Ottin’
  • Fourth Course: Pork Belly – kanji, shiitake, six-minute egg, fried shallots, pea tendrils/ paired with Brother David Double IPA
  • Dessert Course: TBA, paired with Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Stout
