It’s that time of year again! The team at Apteka is turning their vegan restaurant into Crapteka, a vegan burger pop-up shop, for a limited time.
That means that instead of Apteka’s regular menu, from tonight through Sunday, January 26, you’ll only be able to get their late-night menu, including vegan burgers, fries, kebabs and salads.
The menu includes:
- Klasyk Burger: Onion, lettuce, bread & butter pickles, tomato, fantasy may and Heinz ketchup
- Baba Burger: Pickled beet, dill, horseradish slaw, black garlic, pickled jalapeño
- Doner Kebab: Marinated cabbage, mint, slaw, lemon-pickled turnip, garlic yogurt on soft bread
- BBQ Yuba: Pineapple adobo, smoked garlic slaw, bread & butter pickles
- Veggie Katsu Sandwich: Celeriac schnitzel, mayo, slaw
- Fries: Fried three times in sunflower oil
- Stoner Salad: Burnt romaine, pickle, hot pepper, radish, tahini, sesame sticks and nori
- Pittsburgh Salad: Pickled beets and jalapeño, onion, fries, romaine, dill vinaigrette
The team will be taking next week off, then will back with their regular menu.
