Chefs have been creating Tasting Menus to feature their best dishes for years now – and Spoon thinks that it’s about time that bartenders did the same.
They’ve taken the idea of a chef’s tasting menu and brought it behind the bar, with their weekly Bartender’s Tasting menu.
Each week, they come up with a new themed tasting menu that’s available from Sunday through Thursday. Each of the five cocktails on the list is their interpretation of that week’s theme. And the best part? The price. You can try all five cocktails for $25, or three for $16.
This week’s theme is ‘Inconceivable,’ and they’re featuring cocktails with house-made lemon bitters, roasted corn syrup, smoked pineapple juice and more.
