Road trip! This Sunday, June 14, take a drive up to The Main Street Wine Bar in Stahlstown (between Donegal and Ligonier on Rt. 711), for a special BBQ & Beer dinner with Latrobe’s Four Seasons Brewing.
The five-course lunch will be served picnic style, and includes beer pairings plus live music on the wine bar’s patio.
On the menu:
- Crispy coconut shrimp with Thai chili dipping sauce, paired with English Pale Ale
- Grilled Romaine chopped salad with beets, avocados, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette, paired with Kickin’ It Kolsch
- Herb-marinated grilled chicken with fingerling potato salad, paired with Das Boot Hefeweizen
- Blackberry-bourbon glazed baby back ribs with sweet and spicy slaw, paired with High Hopes IPA
- Double chocolate cake with grilled fruit, paired with Dark Side of the Pint
