Farm-fresh local cheese, with Roundabout beers and Arsenal cider? Sounds like a fun Sunday.
Goat Rodeo, a family-run cheese-making farm in Allison Park, is hosting a Beer, Cider & Cheese Pairing event on Sunday, May 15 on their farm and dairy.
Cheesemaking experts will be on hand to share bites of a variety of cheeses, both fresh and aged, and cheeses made with goat’s milk, cow’s milk, and a blend of both. The cheeses will also be paired with select beers and ciders from Roundabout Brewery and Arsenal Cider.
Plus, guests will get to learn how Goat Rodeo makes their hand-crafted cheeses, and meet some of the 100 goats that make the farm their home.
Tickets are $25 per person, and the event will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
