
The Brew Gentlemen is teaming up with author Casey Barber to celebrate the release of Barber’s new pierogi cookbook, Pierogi Love.
On Tuesday, October 13 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., the Brew Gentlemen will be hosting a four-course dinner, featuring fresh takes on one of Pittsburgh’s favorite foods, the pierogi.
Tickets are $50 each, and include a copy of Pierogi Love.
On the menu:
- First: Dumpling Piergi, French Onion Soup, Frico
- Second: Scallion Pierogi Soup, Togarashi Wonton, Sesame Cucumber Slaw
- Third: Chive Pierogi, Kielbasa, Mushroom, Greens
- Fourth: Lemon-Ricotta Pierogi, Creame Fraiche, Ground Cherry
