In the month since Rick Easton announced that his Bread and Salt Bakery would be closing their doors and he’d be moving to New York City, he’s been teasing photos of mouthwatering baking projects, using lots of stone-milled wheat from his new home state.
And now, we all get to try his new creations – at least, those of us who are willing to take an eight-hour road trip.
Easton has just announced plans for a Bread and Salt popup event in New York City’s East Village neighborhood.
The event is going down on Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Bruno Pizza (204 East 13th Street, NYC).
Stay up-to-date on all of Easton’s bread-and-pizza-making adventures by following his Instagram.
