A little beer in the kitchen never hurt anyone, especially if it’s used to help create dinner-worthy dishes.
Rock Bottom is launching a new series at the brewery called Brewer’s Table, and they’re kicking things off tonight.
The head brewer will come up with a recipe for a dish that uses a Rock Bottom beer, and anyone who’s at the brewery can try free samples, and take home the recipe if they want to make it themselves.
This week, they’ll be serving a Pumpkin Walnut Soup, made with Rock Bottom Pumpkin 4 the Man. Oh, and P4M will be on tap, too. It’s a fall favorite, and is definitely worth a try.
