Local craft beer, plus dinner – with a vegetarian bent? We’re in.
The Church Brew Works is planning a Brewer’s Vegetarian Dinner on Thursday, August 14, and they only have a few spots left.
Chef Joe Kiefer will be presenting a four-course vegetarian meal, with a Church Brew Works beer pairing accompanying each course. The entire dinner is $45 per person, and the menu looks fantastic, with Kiefer’s unique take on “scallops” and “steak.”
Here’s a peek at the complete menu:
First:
- Wild mushroom salad
Second:
- “Scallops” of sea water-brined cauliflower, saffron risotto, and seabeans
Third:
- “Steak” of vegetable terrine, with white truffle and Parmesan potatoes
Dessert:
- Zucchini and almond cream macaroons
