What’s the only thing that could make brunch better? Beer. Good beer, that is.
And Hough’s will have it this Sunday with their Beer Brunch, featuring Brooklyn Brewery.
They’ll have a special brunch menu with dishes that pair with some of Brooklyn Brewery’s best brews, and a Brooklyn Brewery coffee mug for the early birds who get there before they run out.
Check out the complete menu:
- Pesto Scramble: Scrambled eggs, pesto, tomato, onion and fresh mozzarella paired with Brooklyn Lager
- Steak & Eggs Frittata: Sliced steak, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and mustard ale cheddar cheese, served with Brooklyn East India Pale Ale
- Brooklyn Eggs Benedict: English muffin, poached eggs and thick-cut comatose with pepperoni sauce, paired with Brooklyn Brown Ale
- French Toast: Slices of French toast dipped in house-made Brooklyn Sorachi Ace batter, paired with Brooklyn Sorachi Ace
And for dessert? They’ll be featuring a Chocolate Bundt Cake, made with Brooklyn Black Chocolate and topped with a salted peanut whipped cream. Yum.
Hough’s will also be offering a few beer-based morning cocktails, including the Para Todo Brooklyn, made with Mezcal, lime juice, cilantro and Brooklyn Brown Ale.
Brunch is served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
