Casbah’s Winter Festa di Pasta is Here

It’s the season for carb-loading.

Casbah in Shadyside is pulling out all of their best homemade pasta dishes for their annual Winter Festa di Pasta – and you can enjoy them all right now.

From now through Thursday, enjoy a special menu featuring 10 different pastas, including:

  • Fettuccini: Rock shrimp, Aleppo pepper, lemon, and fried parsley
  • Sweet Potato Gnocchi: Arugula walnut pesto, gorgonzola, espelette pepper, and oregano
  • Ricotta Agnolotti: Celery root soubise, fried Meyer lemon, pink peppercorn and chive
  • Radiatori: Mushroom Bolognese, herbed bread crumb and Taleggio fondue
  • Bucatini: Cacio e pepe and pomegranate
  • Rigatoni: Lamb, black garlic, rapini, feta, and sunflower seed
  • Gemelli: Prosciutto arrabbiata, mozzarella, castelvetrano olives, bread crumb and parsley
  • Mafaldine: Pork sugo, mustard seed, arugula and Pecorino Romano
  • Francobolli: Veal breast, cauliflower, Fresno chili, and pistachio duqqa
  • Lumache: Veal and pork meatballs, oven roasted tomatoes, grana padano, and fennel seeds

The Festa di Pasta menu is available for dine-in and takeout, in both full and half portions.
