Baldwin’s Churchview Farm is already a culinary destination, thanks to their series of farm dinners each summer that feature some of Pittsburgh’s best chefs. And now, they’re getting into the libations game, with an introduction of a brand-new Happy Hour Series.
From June through October, Churchview Farm will host a monthly happy hour featuring a different chef and two local breweries, plus cocktails created by Wigle Whiskey, and homemade ice cream and sorbet from Millie’s Homemade.
Billed as a more casual event than the weekly farm dinners, these happy hours will also offer guests the opportunity to explore the farm with a drink in their hand, and meet local brewers, chefs, and food makers.
Tickets are $40 each, and include unlimited local beer, two Wigle cocktails, Millie’s ice cream, and multiple courses of snacks and small plates.
Churchview Farm Happy Hour chefs include:
- April Simpson, chef/owner, Vanilla Pastry Studio
- Chef Ben Sloan, Kaya
- Chef Kevin Hermann, The Porch at Schenley
- Chef Betty Hilliard, Poros
- Stephen Eldridge, chef/owner, Provision at Smallman Galley
Dates and ticket sales will be announced in March.
