Thanks to Condado Tacos, it’s now possible to get your taco craving at almost any hour in Pittsburgh. And, no matter what you’re dreaming of, it is almost guaranteed that this made-to order-taco bar is serving it.
Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Condado Tacos has officially opened its first Pittsburgh location. The shop, located on Liberty Avenue Downtown, is now open seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
The restaurant is known for unique tacos, margaritas, and brunch options. Patrons of Condados have the option of choosing between seven different tortillas, ranging from corn to flour, hard shell to soft shells, and a combination of everything in between. There are even marvels like the “Peezler,” which is one soft flour tortilla, one hard corn tortilla, and refried beans, guacamole, and sour cream in the middle.
And that’s just the tortilla options.
The tacos can be stuffed with ten different protein options like pulled pork, braised beef brisket, housemade chorizo, and even Vegan options like “Thai Chili Tofu.” And, if all the options are overwhelming, Condados has a menu of suggested taco orders.
There is also a special brunch menu, with dishes like the “Breakfast BLT Tacos,” “Huevos Rancheros Taco,” and the “Sweet Potato-Bacon Hash Taco.” Additionally, there is (of course) an entire tequila menu, and several margarita options.
Also, don’t forget the queso, salsa, and Guacamole – Condado has a menu for all three.
