If you’ve ever been curious about what it takes to butcher your own meat, Crested Duck Charcuterie has announced a new lineup of classes to guide you through the process.
Crested Duck’s butchery classes start early next year, and cover all of the basics – chicken, duck, rabbit, lamb and pork.
The classes are small (only 8 spots per session), and are super hands-on. And, all of the attendees get to take home what they’ve butchered in class – plus, sample what has been cooked.
