Deep-Fried, Bacon-Drenched Pierogies at Braddock’s

It’s the beginning of the month, and that can only mean one thing – Braddock’s American Brasserie (107 6th St.) has just introduced their monthly featured pierogi.

For June, they’re stuffing house-made pierogies with a mixture of potato, chicken and corn, then dipping them in a bacon and cornmeal batter, and deep frying them with a Honey Sriracha BBQ sauce. Yep – that’s deep-frying, bacon, BBQ, and Sriracha, all in one dish. And, they’re served on a pile of bacon collard greens, just in case you needed another reason to try them.

Over at the bar, Braddock’s has introduced about 30 new bourbons to their whiskey lineup, which means that they have about 120 options to choose from. Every Wednesday, they offer $25 flights of three specially-selected whiskeys.
