
DiAnoia’s Eatery is inviting you to experience the cuisine of the Italian countryside.
On Sunday, March 5, the restaurant is hosting a wine dinner, featuring food and wine from the Valpolicella region of Italy. DiAnoia’s Eater chef Dave Anoia will be joined in the kitchen by chefs Jolina and Anthony Giaramita of La Tavola Italiana and Pizza Taglio.
The five course dinner starts with an Antipasti reception at 5:00 p.m., with dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Brodetto Con Cannolicchi:
A light and flavorful broth with razor clams
Petto D’Anatra con Vino Rosso e Aceto Balsamico con Polenta al Tartufo:
Pan seared duck breast finished with red wine and balsamic reduction served with creamy Truffle Polenta
Risotto al Amarone con Radicchio a Legno e Gorgonzola Dolce:
Risotto cooked in Amarone wine, wood fired radicchio and sweet gorgonzola
Osso Bucco di Vitello alla Peara:
Braised veal shank over a bone marrow infused sauce of black pepper, rich stock and breadcrumbs served with root vegetables
Dolci:
Pandoro & Baci di Giulietta e Romeo
The Valpolicella region is a northern Italian region best known for its wines, especially Amarone, a red wine made from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. Each course of the DiAnoia’s dinner will include wine from the region.
Seats are $95 per person, and can be reserved online.
