Where To Eat Feast of the Seven Fishes Feast in Pittsburgh

Traditionally, the Feast of the Seven Fishes is served on Christmas Eve. But, many Pittsburgh restaurants have adopted their own traditions, and are offering the Italian feast on various days leading up to Christmas.

If you want to forgo making your own feast this holiday, make your reservations quickly – these dinners tend to sell out.

Feast of the Seven Fishes Dinners in Pittsburgh

Vivo Kitchen
Vivo Kitchen will be serving their annual Feast of the Seven Fishes on Sunday, December 18. The Sewickley restaurant will offer two seatings of the meal, one at 3:00 p.m., and one at 6:00 p.m. Dinner is $75 per person, and reservations can be made at 412-259-8945. La Tavola
This year’s Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner at La Tavola on Thursday, December 15 will include Hawaiian Blue Prawns, poached salmon, crab and grits, and Baccala in red sauce. Reservations for the BYOB dinner can be made by calling 412-215-4468, and seats are $75 per person. (La Tavola, 1 Boggs Avenue, Pittsburgh)

Senti
Spend Christmas Eve at Senti, where they’ll be offering up a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes meal. Guests can choose from the Feast of the Seven Fishes menu for $95 per person, or enjoy a special a la carte menu, too. Make reservations by calling 412-586-4347. Bar Marco
The Strip District’s Bar Marco will be celebrating the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Monday, December 19. Chef Justin Steel will offer his take on the feast, along with copious amounts of wine, specially chosen by their award-winning sommelier, Dominic Fiore. For reservations, call 412-471-1900. (Bar Marco, 2216 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh)

Donato’s
From now through the end of December, guests at Donato’s can choose from a selection of fish dishes to create their own Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner every evening. The seven-course dinner also includes wine and dessert. To make reservations, call 412-871-4200. (Donato’s, 46 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh)

Lidia’s Italy Pittsburgh
Lidia’s Italy Pittsburgh is offering a traditional Feast of the Seven Fishes dinner on its traditional day – Christmas Eve. The 6:00 p.m. dinner includes dishes like grilled calamari salad, swordfish-stuffed peppers, salt cod fritters with spicy tomato sauce, saffron and lobster risotto, and linguine with white anchovies and Sicilian olives. Seats are $65 per person, with a $35 optional wine pairing. To make reservations, call 412-552-0150. (Lidia’s Italy Pittsburgh, 1400 Smallman Street, Pittsburgh)

Stagioni
The bad news is that Stagioni’s last two Feast of the Seven Fishes dinners this year are completely booked. But the good news is that you can put your name on a cancellation list for Sunday, December 11 and Sunday, December 18, and you have a slight chance of getting a table.
