Talk about an all-star lineup of some of Pittsburgh’s best chefs.
On Sunday, September 27, the brewing crew at the Brew Gentlemen is teaming up with the kitchen crew at Eleven for a Harvest Dinner to celebrate the Fall season.
Joining Eleven’s chef Derek Stevens and Big Burrito’s Bill Fuller in the kitchen will be Legume’s Trevett Hooper, Keith Fuller from Root 174 and Justin Severino from Cure, and the soon-to-open Morcilla.

- Chorizo stuffed dates, manchego, tomato and coriander chutney
- Croquettas de Bacalao, charred tomato, Oloroso sherry honey
- Fishers Island Oysters on the Half Shell
- Yorkshire Pudding with Beef Tenderloin and horseradish sauce
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Farmhouse Ale
- Lamb & Pepper Broth with shell beans
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Rutherford Saison
- Tomato Salad with basil cheesecake, brown butter, oregano, cucumber, cured salmon and caramelized corn
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Sunshine Elixir
- Montadito with Morcilla sausage, shrimp, romesco, spinach bechamel and caramelized crab
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Certified Public Accountant
- Berkshire Pork Schnitzel with lemon, dill, smoked peppers, grilled apples, red cabbage, and beet spaetzil
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Clown Party
- Paw Paw Pie with brown sugar meringue, cornmeal crust, and apple cider sorbet
Paired with Brew Gentlemen Mexican Coffee
The Harvest Dinner take place at Eleven, and dinner kicks off at 6:00 p.m.
