If you’re looking ahead to Easter this weekend and wondering what to serve, Enrico Biscotti is here to help!
This week, Larry Lagattuta, owner of the beloved Strip District shop, has recorded a step-by-step video teaching viewers how to make Pane di Pasqua, the famous Italian Easter Bread.
The video can be viewed Facebook and Instagram.
The well-known bread is the counterpart of Italian Christmas desserts like panettone and pandoro. The bread is made in a dove-shape (colomba, in Italian), contains candied peel, and is topped with pearl sugar, almonds, and sometimes chocolate.
Alternatively, Pane di Pasqua can be ordered (24 hours in advance) for curbside pick-up from Enrico’s Strip District store.
Other services Enrico is currently offering include Pizza Kits To-Go (for margarita pizzas, also with a video online), Cookie Care Package, and more online goodies.
