
Burgh’ers has announced plans for a Fall beer dinner.
They’ll be featuring five courses, with beer pairings, on Sunday, October 26 at 2:00 p.m.
Seats are $55 in advance, and $65 at the door.
They’ve shared a sneak peek at the menu:
Soup: Creamy Pumpkin & Ginger with pumpkin, ginger, spices, and cinnamon crème fraiche
Salad: Baby Spinach in Spiced Red Wine Vinaigrette with toasted pumpkin seeds, roasted corn, Fourme d’ambert, grilled apples
Appetizer: Foie Gras Crème Brulee with Parmesan crisp and duck fat crackers
Entrée: Roasted Wild Boar Leg, herb-roasted with whipped carrots, crispy potato croquettes and boar jus
Dessert: Cranberry-Orange Cheesecake, with honey cinnamon crust, and candied orange peel
