Join Independent Brewing Company as they celebrate a year in business with “Fear and Loathing at the Independent: A Gonzo Salute to our First Year in Business.”
The anniversary party is happening on Saturday, February 21, starting at 4:00 p.m.
In true Hunter S. Thompson fashion, they’re transforming IBC into a Hotel Room in the Mint Hotel, with cocktails and food in abundance (and in the appropriate theme). They’ll also be releasing a special pin firkin ‘Broadside and in a Cloud of Smoke,’ a smoked oatmeal stout that was brewed with Hitchhiker Brewing.
