Specialty food store Feast on Brilliant in Aspinwall is hosting an intimate Feast with Friends dinner on Saturday, January 31, with a multi-course vegetarian meal, served right in the market.
The meal is limited to just 24 guests, and it’s a BYOB event. Seats are $52 per person, and reservations should be made by January 26 by calling 412-781-2323.
Here’s what’s on the menu:
- A variety of hors d’oeuvres
- Potato leek soup with chives and a crispy cheese garnish
- Mixed greens with roasted butternut squash, sunflower seeds, and homemade blue cheese dressing
- Hand-rolled gnocchi with herbed brown butter, shaved Brussels sprouts, caramelized leeks and goat cheese
- Vegetable tart made with puff pastry, Parmesan cheese, crème fraiche, wilted red Swiss chard, and shaved carrots
- Chocolate bread pudding with fresh whipped cream
