A new restaurant is coming to Cranberry Township! Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, the popular steak and seafood restaurant chain is opening up its first location in Western PA.
Firebirds considers themselves to be a “polished-casual” dining experience, which is perfect for the plethora of businesses located in Cranberry Township.
Firebird specializes in classic American cuisine, and is known for their fresh steaks and seafood, which are prepared on an authentic wood-fired grill. The wood-fired grill burns using local hickory, oak or pecan wood to flavor dishes.
Patrons can expect unique menu items like Lobster Spinach Queso, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Bleu Cheese Filet, and Wood Grilled Salmon. Firebirds is also known for its cocktail list with specialty drinks like the “Double Black Diamond Martini” with fresh pineapple infused for 21 days with Svedka All Natural Citron Vodka, or the “Zen Garden” with Botanist Gin, grapefruit, fresh squeezed lime juice, housemade orange blossom honey-water, fresh cucumber and soda water.
The restaurant will offer happy hour Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM-6:30 PM, featuring drink specials and specially priced bar bites. Firebirds in Cranberry hopes to be open by the end of May. More information can be found online.
