Sad news from Full Pint Brewing Company.
The North Versailles-based brewery and pub has announced on Instagram that it will be closing its doors after nearly 10 years in business.
In the post, owner Barrett Goddard writes, “I have done everything in my power to keep Full Pint alive these past few years but even the “God” of White Lightning… has his limitations.”
Full Pint Brewing Company was one of the early craft beer breweries to open in Pittsburgh, and was known for their brews like Hopism, Rye Rebellion, Festivus, and the ever-popular White Lightning.
The brewery’s North Versailles location will be open through April 3, offering discounted growlers and kegs. To-go hours will be from 4:00 to 8 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
The brewery also closed their Lawrenceville ‘Wild Side Pub’ earlier this year.
