In March of this year we announced that beloved French bakery Gaby et Jules was in the process of opening their fourth Pittsburgh outpost in East Liberty.
Well, the wait is officially over! Just in time for summer, Gaby et Jules has opened their doors on Penn Avenue in East Liberty, nestled between The Milk Shake Factory and Homage clothing store.
The new store is open Monday through Sunday from 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM., and offers a menu of coffee, tea, and French sodas, as well as sandwiches, quiche, pastries, and the brand’s signature macarons.
In more exciting news, this newest location offers more of a “café” experience, with an expanded coffee menu including espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, latte, and iced coffee. A few pastry options include eclairs, lemon tartelettes, opera cake, feronia, and more.
The shop is best known for the macarons, which come in flavors like vanilla, coffee, pistachio, almond, raspberry, sea salt caramel, nutella, white chocolate basil, and lemon.
Gaby et Jules also has locations in Squirrel Hill, Downtown, and at Pittsburgh International Airport. They also ship nationwide.
