Big news from the Gaucho Parilla team!
Gaucho’s food truck, Asado Wagon, is opening today at 2:00 p.m. outside of “Gaucho 3.0” their soon-to-open location downtown at 146 Sixth Street.
The wagon will stay in front of the restaurant until the new locations opens, serving Gaucho’s salads, sandwiches, plates and sides.
On the menu you’ll find Gaucho favorites, including Carne sandwiches (grilled flank steak with chimichurri, grilled peppers and caramelized onions), Bondiola sandwiches (roasted pulled pork with spicy Dijon and onions), and Chor y Pan, (spicy chorizo sausage with grilled peppers, caramalized onions and pimenton sauce).
Large plate options include Cerdo (roasted pulled pork), Carne de Vaca (grilled flank steak) and Pollo de Horno (grilled chicken thighs), all served with salad and toast.
The menu is rounded out with sides like Papas al Horno (roasted potatoes), Tostado (grilled Ciabatta bread with olive oil) and sauteed mushrooms.
Asado Wagon will be open from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Guests can call 412-709-6622 to place an order.
