The Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is hosting chef Leah Lizarondo of The Brazen Kitchen in an event to help get kids in the kitchen.
On Friday, February 27 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Lizarondo will be demonstrating ways to make qudsadillas for children ages 10 and older.
Attendees will chop veggies, and choose healthy ingredients to make their own quesadillas – and they’ll be learning how to make Lizarondo’s healthy guacamole from scratch.
All of the quesadillas will be vegetarian, and vegan and gluten-free options will be available. Seats are $10 for non museum-members, and $8 for members. Pre-registration is required, and tickets can be purchased here.
