I just listened to this episode. Madeline, I couldn’t agree more about IPA’s. I lived in the PNW 15ish years ago, when the IPA craze took over there and just totally burnt myself out on extreme hoppiness. In typical PGH fashion, we’re jumping on the trend a decade later and every bar just pours 10 different IPAs. The good news is, if our ability to follow trends is accurate, sour beers should be all over PGH soon…and that’s great news!
