Meat & Potatoes is hosting San Diego’s Green Flash Brewing Company for a beer-soaked five-course dinner on Wednesday, January 20.
Tickets to the be er dinner are $75 per person, and include Green Flash beer pairings.
On the menu:
First Course: Strip Steak with coffee butter, caramelized onions, smoked potato and demi. Paired with Cosmic Ristretto Baltic Porter with Espresso
Second Course: Chicken + Biscuits, with fried chicken thighs, white gravy, buttermilk biscuits and sausage.
Third Course: Pork Belly, with mole, radish, tamale, crispy pig ears, chimichurri, pig-feet smoked beans and pickled Serrano chilis. Pairing: Dia De Los Serranos Double Stout with Serrano Chilis
Fourth Course: Smoked Brisket, with ramen, miso broth, 6-minute egg, scallions, and pickled mushroom.
A dessert course will be paired with Green Flash Tangerine Soule Style IPA.
