The Gobblerito is back.
Mad Mex’s much-loved autumnal offering officially landed on the menu today at all Mad Mex locations, ushering in the Fall season.
First introduced about 16 years ago, the Gobblerito is basically a Thanksgiving dinner, wrapped in a tortilla: house-roasted turkey, black bean mashed potatoes, stuffing and corn, and topped with gravy and served with a side of cranberry sauce.
In the years since it landed on the menu, the Gobblerito has only grown in popularity, with “thousands” being sold each season, according to a rep from Big Burrito Restaurant Group.
And it’s not the only Thanksgiving-inspired dish on the menu. Mad Mex is also offering a seasonal Waffle Fry Poutine, with melted cheese and Thanksgiving gravy, and Apple Cider margaritas.
The Gobblerito will be available starting today until Thanksgiving Eve, November 27.
