Threadbare Cider and Weatherbury Farm will be teaming up for to serve polenta-crust pizzas, plus there will treats for Gluten Free Goat Bakery & Cafe, gluten-free waffles and pasta from Cafe Chocolade, and they’ll even have complimentary samples from Naturi Yogurt and the Pittsburgh Juice Company.
Need even more gluten-free goodness? Aurochs Brewing Company will be at the event with their gluten-free beer on tap.
After you’re done with dining, head downstairs to City of Asylum’s pop-up bookstore featuring books about gluten-free lifestyles, and gluten-free cookbooks, too. And local author Lindsey Smith will be on hand at 1:00 p.m. for a book signing of her new book Eat Your Feelings.
The event is free to attend, and food and drinks are pay-as-you-go. Register online to get a special parting gift!
