The 10th annual Pittsburgh Farm to Table conference is coming to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center this weekend – and we have two tickets to give away.
This year’s local food conference will feature two full days of speakers, workshops, vendors, and plenty of locally-grown food.
The conference kicks off on Friday, March 18 at 10:00 a.m. with the opening of the exhibition hall, and speakers and demonstrations all day, including Organic Certification, Making Herbal Salves, and a discussion about local author Andrew Moore’s recently-published ‘Pawpaw: In Search of America’s Forgotten Fruit.’ A local food tasting and concert will take place that evening, with local food, wine, and beer.
On Saturday, March 19, a Saturday Morning Breakfast, Yoga + Beer with the Brew Gentlemen, and Farm to Flask tasting with local distilled spirits round out the day’s festivities.
One-day conference tickets are $20, and two-day conference tickets are $30, with additional costs for special events.
