On Monday, September 8, Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room will be teaming up with Hop Farm Brewing Company for a special collaboration.
Proper’s chef Jerome Watkins and Hop Farm’s owner and head brewer Matt Gouwens will be creating a perfectly-paired, multi-course drinking and dining experience.
According to Proper’s invitation:
“The intimate setting will allow guests to interact personally with Mr. Gouwens and the Proper culinary team, who will take turns describing the pairings, telling their stories, and musings on the emergence of Pittsburgh as a rising star in the American dining and craft beer scene.”
