Cioppino Restaurant & Cigar Bar has made your summer a little sweeter, with the introduction of a new summer dessert menu.
Pastry chef Meghann Walsh’s menu features new takes on summer flavor favorites, like Key lime and banana splits.
On the menu:
- Crème Brulee Trio: Coconut, lemongrass ginger, and vanilla
- Key Lime Mousse: Graham cracker crust, blackberry-pecan whipped mascarpone
- Banana Split Shortcake: House-made brown sugar ice cream, pistachio core, grilled brioche, cinnamon plantains, marshmallow fluff, pineapple, strawberries
- Ice Cream Social: House-made vanilla and chocolate ice cream sandwiches, malt ice cream Bon-Bons, miniature ice cream tuile cookie cone, sorbet
The team has also introduced a new house-made ice cream and gelato program, and will be serving it regularly at Cioppino, along with its sister location, Osteria 2350.
Permanent flavors include chocolate, vanilla, and 5-Layers of Sin, a peanut butter ice cream with chocolate chip cookie, caramel, silk chocolate, cheesecake and peanut butter ganache. They’ll also be featuring a rotating list of seasonal flavors, such as Lemon Blueberry, Browned Butter Pecan and Chocolate Marshmallow Brownie.
