They just posted this shot of a new special, Skuna Bay Salmon, with roated beets, couscous, shallots and lemon from Chef Jacqueline Wardle.
Also on the specials menu? Lobster claw risotto, Apple Frangipane, and a brand-new blonde chocolate espresso cheesecake.
