What’s on the menu at Randita’s Café today?
A mixed green salad, served with house-made lemon tahini dressing, and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds, fresh tomato, walnuts, cranberries, and a seasonal mix of vegetables. And, if that pic that they just posted is any indication, it’s going to be delicious.
The all-organic, all-vegan Saxonburg restaurant is also featuring a few new weekend specials, including:
- Tempeh Pepper Steak with mashed potatoes
- Stuffed Cabbage in a balsamic reduction
- Tofu and Broccoli in garlic sauce over black and brown rice
