We spend a lot of time scrolling Facebook and Instagram for gorgeous shots of food, and Vallozzi’s Pittsburgh always has some of the prettiest dishes in the ‘Burgh.
And our mouths were watering when we saw this picture they just shared of this weekend’s featured dish. It’s a wild mushroom risotto, with a soft-poached egg, and finished table side with shaved fresh white truffle. Yep, that’s fresh white truffle, just in from their distributor in Alba, Italy.
Those truffles won’t last forever, so head to Vallozzi’s while you can before they’re gone.
