After months of anticipation, the Whitfield, Brent Young’s meat-centric restaurant in the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, will open to the public Friday, December 11.
Bethany Zozula and Casey Shively are leading the charge in the kitchen as executive chef and head pastry chef (they chatted with the Post-Gazette a while back about their cooking philosophies and menu plans), and the restaurant will be open daily for brunch from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., dinner from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m., and will be serving a late-night bar menu from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
