Well, that was fast. Just a few days after the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette broke the news that the Pub Chip Shop had plans in place to start serving doughnuts, the pop-up shop is already up and running.
Just Good Donuts officially opened today, selling old-fashioned cake doughnuts, yeast-raised doughnuts, and coffee.
As owner Andrew Topping told the Post-Gazette, doughnuts will be available individually, and by the dozen. The rotating flavor list will include standards like glazed, sugared, and chocolate-covered, with a few surprises making their way to the menu, like spicy bacon, Buckeye and maple.
Just Good Donuts will be open seven days a week from 6:00 a.m. until they sell out.
